Capturing the conversations shaping the next era of intelligent automation

Universal Robotics

Universal Robots hosted ElevateX 2026, bringing together enterprise leaders, robotics startups and ecosystem partners to examine the next chapter of automation. They wanted to extend the value of these conversations beyond the event itself. We were brought in to capture the larger industry narrative, understand where automation is heading and translate those insights into a thought leadership report for senior leadership and industry stakeholders, supported by social media video content.

The Challenge

ElevateX brought together perspectives from enterprise leaders, robotics startups and technology stakeholders. The challenge was to go beyond documenting the event and identify the larger shifts, opportunities and policy implications shaping the future of automation.

The Approach

We attended the event on-ground and immersed ourselves in its discussions, sessions and interactions. We supplemented these observations with independent research to identify the strongest themes and connect individual conversations to the broader direction of the robotics industry.

The Outcome

We transformed a one-day industry gathering into a research-led thought leadership asset, giving Universal Robots a way to carry the conversation beyond the event and reinforce its position within an evolving automation landscape.

What we Delivered

Our research extended beyond what was discussed on stage. We examined emerging developments across robotics and automation and used them to contextualise the conversations from the event, creating a more informed perspective on technology adoption, industry direction and policy implications.
